Sarah Riess concentrates her practice on personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice law. Ms. Riess joined Steinberg, Goodman & Kalish as a law clerk in 2013 and became a full-time associate following her graduation from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Mr. Riess was a member of the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court team and served as a volunteer mediator for the Center of Conflict Resolution. Ms.Riess was also Chicago-Kent Merit Scholar and a member of the Dean's List.
Prior to law school, Ms. Riess graduated with the highest honors from Georgetown University with a M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics and graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. Ms. Riess previously worked in the medical industry as an orthopedic sales representative, where she regularly attended orthopedic surgeries.
